The invention discloses a construction method for installing a dry connection concrete shear wall/special-shaped column structure in a layered mode. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, a first-layer prefabricated shear wall/special-shaped column is installed; step 2, mounting a precast beam of the current layer, and mounting a precast floor slab bottom plate; 3, hoisting in place and fixing the upper-layer prefabricated shear wall/special-shaped column; 4, connecting prestressed tendons of the upper-layer prefabricated shear wall/special-shaped column and the lower-layer prefabricated shear wall/special-shaped column; sleeves on the peripheries of the prestressed tendons at the connecting parts of the upper and lower prefabricated shear walls/special-shaped columns are mounted; moving an upper moving steel bar of the precast beam to a node area; placing surface layer steel bars of the laminated slab; 5, a formwork is installed; concrete is poured into the floor cover layer and all connecting areas; sixthly, the whole building structure installation is completed in a circulating mode; and the prestressed tendons are tensioned and locked, and then structural construction is completed. Prefabricating is carried out with a single layer as a section, dry connection concrete shear walls/special-shaped columns are installed in a layered mode, the structural flexibility is high, and assembling can be carried out in a layered mode according to requirements.
