The invention discloses a seismic isolation substructure for reducing the seismic acceleration of local rooms, the seismic isolation substructure is formed by integrally connecting a plurality of upper and lower layers of rooms at the same position in a main body structure, and the bottom of the seismic isolation substructure is supported on a frame beam of the main body structure through a seismic isolation support; a seismic isolation gap is formed between the seismic isolation substructure and the vertical face of the main body structure, a viscous damper is arranged between the seismic isolation substructure and the main body structure in the horizontal direction, a seismic isolation layer is formed between the lower layer of the seismic isolation substructure and the main body structure, and steel springs are arranged in the seismic isolation layer in the vertical direction and correspond to important equipment. Equipment room structural members at the same position of different floors in the space of a building are connected to form the space seismic isolation and reduction substructure relatively separated from the main body structure, so that the floor acceleration of the rooms in the seismic isolation substructure under an earthquake can be effectively reduced, and the requirements of acceleration sensitive important equipment are met; and the economic cost is higher.
