The invention provides a fabricated buckling-restrained steel concrete composite shear wall and a construction process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of shear walls. The shear wall comprises a plurality of shear wall units, and each shear wall unit comprises a first component and a second component which are formed by an inner wall plate and an outer wall plate steel plate assembly; the first component and the second component are spliced and then connected into a whole through a locking piece to form a shear wall unit; the transverse ribs are transversely arranged in the shear wall units in a penetrating manner; the transverse bars of the shear wall units are mutually interlocked in the transverse direction through edge constraint components to form edge constraint nodes; interlocking pieces used for achieving connection of the upper-layer shear wall and the lower-layer shear wall are further arranged between the shear wall units. The deformation capacity of the shear wall is improved by strengthening constraint of edge concrete, so that the ductility and the energy consumption performance of the shear wall are improved, and the shear resistance, the bearing capacity and the shock resistance of the shear wall can be improved.
