The invention discloses a keel-free thin facing stone fabricated dry hanging structure which comprises an original wall. The hanging piece is fixedly installed on an original wall body, and arc-shaped buckle plates which are symmetrically arranged are arranged on the opposite sides of the hanging piece; the buckling piece is bonded and fixed on one opposite side of the stone veneer; wherein a step face is arranged on one opposite side face of the stone veneer, a protruding part corresponding to the step face in position is arranged on the buckling piece, the protruding part is clamped in the step face, a glue groove extending towards the interior of the stone veneer is formed in the bottom face of the step face, and glue used for bonding the buckling piece is contained in the glue groove. The buckling piece is further provided with a clamping hook plate corresponding to the arc-shaped buckling plate in position. Compared with the prior art, the problems that the safety risk is large and the indoor space is occupied due to the fact that a steel frame base layer is used in a traditional stone facing decoration process are solved.
本发明公开了一种无龙骨薄型饰面石材装配式干挂结构,包括:原始墙体;挂件,其固定安装在原始墙体上,挂件的一相对侧设置有对称布置的弧形扣板;扣合件,其粘接固定在石材饰面板的一相对侧;其中,石材饰面板的一相对侧面上设置有台阶面,扣合件上设置有位置对应台阶面的凸出部,凸出部卡接在台阶面内,台阶面底面上设置有向石材饰面板内部延伸的胶水槽,胶水槽容纳用于粘接扣合件的胶水,扣合件上还设置有位置对应弧形扣板的卡钩板。本发明相较于现有技术,解决传统石材饰面装饰工艺中使用钢架基层导致的安全风险大、侵占室内空间问题。
