Cargos can be provided for workers in advance, and the scissor-fork type lifting frame and the workers do not need to descend together to take the cargos, so that the construction efficiency can be effectively improved; and on the other hand, workers can be located within the enclosure range of the fence when taking goods, so that the workers can take the goods more safely.
