The invention discloses a construction method of a special-shaped aluminum veneer system steel joist, which comprises the following steps of: establishing a three-dimensional model of an aluminum veneer system, and fitting and classifying processing specifications of the aluminum veneer system steel joist; steel keels of the aluminum veneer system are subjected to module division, and primary and secondary keels of aluminum veneers are machined; adjusting each block model to a posture beneficial to ground assembly of a construction site through rotation and positioning; coordinate systems of all the blocks are independently established, coordinates of the blocks are exported, and ground pre-assembly of the keels is conducted on a construction site according to coordinate data; and hoisting the steel joist by adopting the mounting in-place coordinates of the blocks, and the like. The machining efficiency and the construction efficiency of the steel keel of the special-shaped aluminum veneer system can be effectively improved.
