The clamping assembly comprises motors which are symmetrically and fixedly installed, and the output ends of the motors are fixedly connected with lead screws. The hoisting assembly comprises fixing rods and steel ropes which are symmetrically arranged, the top ends of the fixing rods are fixedly connected with top blocks, and the problems that when a crane is adopted for hoisting a barrel plate structure, the barrel plate structure is inconvenient to correspond to a datum line, and a waffle plate is prone to being installed unevenly are solved; and the positioning accuracy and the subsequent mounting efficiency of the waffle plate are reduced.
