The invention provides a stereo garage lifting device and a stereo garage comprising the same, the lifting device comprises a driving device, a transmission device, riding wheels, hollow chain wheels and chains, the riding wheels are arranged on a garage frame in a self-rotating mode, the hollow chain wheels are arranged on the outer sides of all the riding wheels distributed in a circumferential mode in a supporting and sleeving mode, and the chains are arranged on the hollow chain wheels. The chains are arranged on the corresponding hollow chain wheels in a sleeving mode, and the driving devices are arranged on the corresponding garage frames. The transmission device comprises a transmission shaft and transmission gears, the two ends of the transmission shaft are arranged on the garage frame through bearing seats and are in transmission connection with the driving device, and the transmission gears are arranged at the two ends of the transmission shaft and are in meshing transmission with the corresponding hollow chain wheels.
