The invention relates to a composite operating room which comprises an operating bed, an air supply unit, a driving unit and a cantilever unit. The driving unit is used for driving the cantilever unit to reciprocate so as to change the position of the cantilever unit relative to the operating bed. The through ventilation part is arranged on the cantilever unit, and the projection area of the ventilation part on the ground coincides with the projection area of the air supply unit on the ground, so that purified airflow sent out by the air supply unit can smoothly pass through the ventilation part instead of being blocked by the cantilever unit. The air supply unit is located above the operating bed, that is, at least part of the ventilation part is located above the operating bed, so that airflow penetrating through the ventilation part can smoothly flow to the operating bed below the ventilation part. Namely, the flowing of the air flow is vertical laminar flow, and compared with turbulent flow, the air speed loss of the air flow is small, so that the purified air flow can take away polluted air at the surgical site, and the air infection at the surgical site is reduced; meanwhile, the cleaning effect of the operating room can be guaranteed.
