A soil loosening and turning device is fixedly connected to the position, under the spraying irrigation device, of the top of the moving device. The invention provides spraying type irrigation equipment for agricultural planting. The problem that the angle of a spray head cannot be adjusted during spraying of existing spraying type irrigation equipment is solved.
