The invention relates to the technical field of flow state solidified soil, and discloses a mountain cutting soil-based high-strength flow state solidified soil preparation method, which comprises: 1) injecting a set amount of water into a solidified soil stirring barrel, loading a set amount of mountain cutting soil into the solidified soil stirring barrel by using an excavator, and uniformly stirring the water and the mountain cutting soil by using the solidified soil stirring barrel to form flow state mountain cutting soil; a set amount of water is injected into the solidified slurry stirring barrel, then a set amount of curing agent is added into the solidified slurry stirring barrel, the curing agent and the water are uniformly stirred to form solidified slurry, and the solidified slurry is discharged into a slurry storage pool; (2) the solidified slurry in the slurry storage pool is pumped and discharged into a solidified soil stirring barrel through a slurry pump, the solidified slurry and the flow-state mountain cutting soil are mixed and stirred to be uniform through the solidified soil stirring barrel, flow-state solidified soil is formed, and the flow-state solidified soil is discharged into a solidified soil storage barrel; and (3) the slurry pump is used for pumping and discharging the flow-state solidified soil into the mixer truck.
