The invention discloses a foundation pit steel support telescopic hoisting support which comprises a positioning plate, a telescopic arm and a supporting platform, the fixed end of the telescopic arm is vertically and fixedly connected with one end of the positioning plate, the movable end of the telescopic arm is vertically and fixedly connected with one end of the supporting platform, and the positioning plate and the supporting platform extend in opposite directions; the end, away from the telescopic arm, of the supporting platform protrudes upwards to form a steel support containing platform, and the part, lower than the steel support containing platform, of the supporting platform forms a waist beam containing platform. A reinforcing arm is arranged between the telescopic arm and the supporting platform. The invention further discloses an anti-falling method of the foundation pit steel support. The steel support is positioned and placed through the telescopic hoisting support, the structure is simple, operation is convenient, the winch assembly and the anti-falling fixed pulley assembly are used, a second protection measure for preventing the steel support from falling off is formed, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, recycling can be achieved, the construction cost is reduced, and the overall practicability is high.
