Petroleum sludge terminal treatment method
The invention discloses a petroleum sludge terminal treatment method, and relates to the technical field of petroleum sludge treatment. The method comprises the following steps: S1, performing deoiling pretreatment on the petroleum sludge: performing deoiling pretreatment on the petroleum sludge by using 6-12% of sodium gluconate, trisodium citrate or L-arginine; s2, carrying out electrochemical treatment on the washed oil stain water: by taking Fe3O4, Fe-C and Al-Fe nano materials as catalysts, decomposing organic matters in the oil-containing sewage generated in the treatment process in the S1 through an electrolysis process; and S3, carrying out solidification/stabilization treatment on the deoiled sludge. The method comprises the following steps: washing petroleum sludge with a chemical agent, carrying out liquid-solid separation, and carrying out organic matter degradation on the liquid through electrochemistry; the separated solid sludge is solidified by magnesium oxychloride cement to form products such as road bricks, and in the process, solid waste coal gangue and fly ash are used as admixtures, a water glass solution is used for replacing water, and the magnesium oxychloride cement which is fast in solidification and good in air hardness is used as a curing agent, so that green treatment of the petroleum sludge is realized.
