The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating the base material, dissolving and mixing, feeding, adjusting the pH value, decolorizing, concentrating and drying. The prepared accelerator has an efficient coagulation accelerating effect, good crack resistance and impermeability, is environmentally friendly and efficient, and can be widely applied to various cement-based materials; the liquid setting accelerator can be prepared by adding water to dissolve the powdery master batch, and is applied to tunnel spraying construction, so that a powerful guarantee is provided for the safety and stability of a tunnel.
