The invention relates to a foam concrete foaming agent and application thereof, the foaming agent comprises a foaming component A and an adjusting component B, and the weight ratio of the foaming component A to the adjusting component B is (0.10-0.15): (1.00-3.00); the foaming component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15.0-20.0 parts of an anionic surfactant, 2.5-5.0 parts of detergent alcohol, 7.5-12.5 parts of glycol ether and the balance of water, and the total weight is 100 parts; the adjusting component B is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40.0-50.0 parts of a water-based bentonite thickening rheological agent, 2.0-5.0 parts of an organic silicon flatting agent and the balance of water, and the total weight is 100 parts; the invention also discloses application of the foam concrete foaming agent in foam concrete. According to the foaming agent disclosed by the invention, the foaming component A and the adjusting component B are adopted to respectively optimize the performance of foam and cement paste which form important components in foam concrete, and the foam stabilizing component C is supplemented to reinforce the performance, so that the foam concrete is low in water absorption, high in fluidity, adjustable in strength, not easy to settle and collapse and low in bleeding amount; the special physical property requirements of the foam concrete in highway engineering construction are met.
