The self-compacting concrete composition is prepared from 300 to 400 parts of Portland cement, 150 to 200 parts of water, 10 to 15 parts of a water reducing agent, 150 to 200 parts of fly ash, 300 to 680 parts of coal gangue aggregate and 15 to 25 parts of an early strength agent, wherein the coal gangue aggregate is coal gangue modified by a viscosity modification material; the viscosity modified material comprises kaolin, coal gangue chippings and biomass fly ash, and the mass ratio of the kaolin to the coal gangue chippings to the biomass fly ash is (0.5-1.5): (0.5-1.5): (1.5-2.5). The coal gangue aggregate formed by modifying the coal gangue through the viscosity modification material can reduce the water absorption and the crushing value of the coal gangue, can promote the coal gangue to react with other raw materials better, can replace broken stones, has economic benefits, and can solve the problem of environmental pollution of the coal gangue.
