By arranging the height adjusting layer and the horizontal adjusting layer, the height and transverse adjusting capacity of the ballastless track is improved, the problem that the deformation adjusting capacity of an existing ballastless track is insufficient when an offline foundation deforms greatly is solved, and the ballastless track deformation adjusting device can be applied to ballastless track construction in a complex geological section and disease treatment caused by operation line foundation deformation.
