The invention provides a box girder erection method and a box girder prefabricating mold for high-speed railway construction.The box girder erection method comprises the following steps that two gantry crane frames are driven to move to preset positions along longitudinal linear rails, and jacking assemblies on pier columns lift the gantry crane frames; the rail wheels of the two gantry crane frames are separated from the longitudinal linear rail; the longitudinal positioning beams on the two sides of the pier column are disassembled, transverse positioning beams are installed at the corresponding positions, and the transverse positioning beams are provided with transverse linear rails arranged in the second preset direction; the rail wheels of the gantry crane frame are changed from longitudinal arrangement to transverse arrangement, the jacking assembly places the gantry crane frame on the transverse positioning beam, and the rail wheels of the gantry crane frame are in sliding connection with the transverse linear rails; and the two gantry crane frames are driven to move back to back along the transverse linear rails, so that the box girder deflects by a preset angle. Compared with a bridge girder erection machine erection mode, the bridge girder erection machine is lower in cost, is not limited by the width of a girder surface to move, and is not easy to overturn.
