At the moment, a damping system is arranged to be in contact fit with the bridge, when strong wind is generated around the device, or an earthquake occurs near the device, or after violent vibration is generated due to landslide and debris flow around the device, the vibration can be rapidly absorbed through contact between the damping system and the bridge, and then vibration of the device on the bridge is prevented; the device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, bridge damage caused by relative movement of the device and a bridge is avoided, it is guaranteed that the bridge is not damaged, the position of the device is kept unchanged after vibration is finished, the accuracy of the device placed on the bridge is further guaranteed, the device can be immediately put into follow-up bridge construction after vibration, and the working efficiency of the device is improved.
