The invention provides an auxiliary construction device for mounting a road guardrail, and aims to solve the technical problems of high manual labor intensity and low mounting efficiency caused by manual lifting and alignment during mounting of an existing road guardrail plate. Comprising a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm and an XY elastic sliding table installed at the front end of the mechanical arm. An inverted-L-shaped mounting plate is mounted at the bottom end of the XY elastic sliding table, clamping assemblies used for clamping the road guardrail plate are mounted on the two side walls of a transverse plate of the inverted-L-shaped mounting plate, and a positioning assembly used for positioning is mounted on the side wall of a vertical plate of the inverted-L-shaped mounting plate. The positioning assembly comprises a sleeve matched with the road guardrail stand column, and when the sleeve is sleeved with the road guardrail stand column, the mounting hole of the road guardrail plate on the clamping assembly is aligned with the mounting hole of the road guardrail stand column. The clamping assembly is arranged to clamp the road guardrail plate, the mounting position of the road guardrail plate is positioned through the positioning assembly, the mounting efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
