The invention discloses an automatic pile body auxiliary pouring device which comprises a positioning template, a plurality of fixing frames and a plurality of supporting devices, and each supporting device is provided with at least one hydraulic telescopic mechanism and an electric hydraulic pump. The length of each supporting device is adjusted by controlling each electric hydraulic pump to input or output hydraulic pressure to the corresponding hydraulic telescopic mechanism, the perpendicularity of the pile body is adjusted, the positioning template is composed of a plurality of arc-shaped positioning plates, the arc-shaped positioning plates are sequentially spliced into a cylindrical positioning template, and the positioning template is used for positioning the pile body. The upper ends of the supporting devices are hinged to the corresponding arc-shaped positioning plates through hinge seats, and the lower ends of the supporting devices are hinged to the fixing frame. The auxiliary pouring structure can assist in pouring construction of the cement mixing pile, it can be guaranteed that the pile head part of the mixing pile is firmer and more stable through the adjustable positioning formwork, and the situation that in the pile body construction process, due to the fact that a soft foundation soil body is unstable, a top soil body collapses and inclines, and the pile body forming quality is affected is avoided.
