According to the method, the problem of waterproof roll construction delay caused by the basement outer wall post-cast strip is effectively solved, the underground foundation pit can be backfilled in advance for construction, the potential safety hazard is eliminated, meanwhile, construction conditions are provided for erection of an upper structure frame body, and the construction period is shortened.
