The invention provides a mounting shell and a urinal, and relates to the technical field of sanitary equipment.The mounting shell comprises a seat body, the seat body is provided with a mounting cavity and an opening communicated with the mounting cavity, and the urinal is movably mounted in the mounting cavity so as to be switched between a first state and a second state; the sealing assembly is arranged on the seat body and located between the seat body and the urinal so as to seal at least part of a gap between the seat body and the urinal under the condition that the urinal is in the first state and/or the second state; when the urinal is in the first state, the front face is located on the opening side. When the urinal is in the second state, the back face is located on the opening side. In the process that the urinal is switched from the second state to the first state, the sealing assembly makes contact with the front face so as to scrape water stains on the front face. Compared with the prior art, flushing fluid can be effectively prevented from splashing to the outside, particularly, water flow is prevented from splashing to the body of a user, potential sanitation hazards are reduced, and use convenience is improved.
