Two first fan-shaped openings are symmetrically formed in the circumferential direction of the circular liquid bag, the interior of the damping assembly is divided into a first cavity and a second cavity by the two first fan-shaped openings, a damping hole is formed between the first cavity and the second cavity, and damping liquid is arranged in the damping assembly; the damping liquid flows between the first chamber and the second chamber through the damping hole; in an initial state, the first chamber and the second chamber are both obliquely arranged; the rotating mechanism can push the damping assembly to rotate by a certain angle according to the temperature of damping liquid in the damping assembly, and therefore damping of the damping assembly is kept unchanged along with the temperature change of the damping liquid.
