The invention relates to the technical field of building components, in particular to a beam-column connecting joint device for an assembly type building, which comprises a stand column, a mounting plate, a sleeve, a cross beam, a lifting mechanism and a bolt, the stand column is connected with the mounting plate, the mounting plate is connected with the sleeve, the cross beam is inserted into the sleeve, and the lifting mechanism is connected into the cross beam. A lifting mechanism is arranged in the cross beam, a plurality of bolts are connected to the output end of the lifting mechanism, nuts are connected to the ends, penetrating out of the side wall of the sleeve, of the bolts, and the bottoms of the nuts are in contact fit with the side wall of the sleeve. By means of the lifting mechanism, the sleeve and the cross beam can be rapidly and preliminarily fixed through a plurality of bolts, then the sleeve and the cross beam are fixed by rotating nuts on the bolts, and therefore the connecting and installing efficiency is greatly improved in the device installing process.
