Fabricated beam-slab integrated slab floor system and construction method thereof
According to the fabricated beam-slab integrated slab floor system and the construction method thereof, each T-slab unit comprises a top plate, rib beams and transverse partition beams, grooves communicating with the splicing sides are formed in the top faces of the splicing sides of the top plates, the grooves extend in the longitudinal direction of the T-slab units, the transverse partition beams are fixed to the spans and the span ends of the rib beams, the top plates and the rib beams are connected into a whole through the transverse partition beams, and after the adjacent T-slab units are connected, the T-slab units are connected into a whole. The grooves of the adjacent top plates are spliced to form connecting grooves used for pouring UHPC, gaps used for pouring UHPC are formed between the transverse partition beams corresponding to the adjacent T plate units, and the adjacent T plate units are connected by pouring UHPC in the connecting grooves and the gaps between the adjacent transverse partition beams. Meanwhile, the T plate end cross beams on the outermost sides of the two longitudinal ends are matched with the sliding support beams for sliding construction, after sliding is completed, the T plate end cross beams and the sliding support beams form an overall stress boundary beam through pouring UHPC connection, and therefore the bearing capacity and integrity of the floor system are further improved; the construction convenience of the prefabricated floor system is improved, and meanwhile the bearing capacity and the integral rigidity of the fabricated floor system are improved.
