The invention relates to a reinforcing structure and a reinforcing system for an eccentric butt-joint column and a rectification method for the eccentric butt-joint column. The reinforcing structure comprises a positioning unit, a position covering unit and a plurality of first connecting units, the positioning unit is arranged at the side part of the column structure, and the end part of the positioning unit does not exceed the end part of the column structure; the position covering unit is arranged on the side portion of the column structure and detachably connected with the positioning unit, the end portion of the position covering unit is flush with the end portion of the column structure, and the position covering unit is used for supplementing the offset distance of the column structure in the horizontal direction; the plurality of first connecting units are arranged on the position covering units in an array mode and connected with the fixing structure. The reinforcing structure has the advantages that the reinforcing structures are arranged on the opposite sides of the upper column structure and the lower column structure so as to supplement the horizontal offset distance between the upper column structure and the lower column structure, meanwhile, the width of a welding seam is reduced, and the problems that the welding difficulty is large, and column bodies are eccentrically stressed due to offset of the butt joint of the steel columns due to construction errors are solved.
