The invention discloses a ventilation type cooling tower upgrading and reconstruction construction method which comprises the following steps: firstly, mounting a circulating water pipeline bracket in a tower pool, and prefabricating a through-wall pipeline; a working platform is mounted on one side of the water cooling tower; dismantling the original heat exchanger, and chiseling through-wall pipe holes; mounting a through-wall pipeline; a novel V-shaped fin type heat exchanger is installed, and circulating water pipelines are all communicated. The operation platform is formed by splicing a plurality of modules, each module is of a frame structure, and checkered plates are laid on the upper portions of the modules. The prefabricated operation platform is hoisted, a cross beam of the prefabricated operation platform is welded to an embedded part on one side of the water cooling tower, and a rectangular hoisting truss is arranged above the V-shaped fin type heat exchanger. The operation platform is prefabricated in advance, so that the upgrading and reconstruction construction efficiency and safety of the heat exchanger are improved. The stability of the hoisted heat exchanger is guaranteed through hoisting of the rectangular truss, and the installation quality and speed are improved. And the construction procedures are closely connected, so that cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种通风式冷却塔升级改造施工方法,首先在安装塔池内循环水管道支架,并预制穿墙管道;在凉水塔一侧安装作业平台;拆除原有换热器,凿穿墙管洞口;安装穿墙管道;安装新型V型翅片式换热器,将循环水管道全部连通。上述作业平台,由多个模块拼装而成,每一模块均为框架结构并在上部铺设花纹板。将预制好的作业平台起吊并将其横梁与凉水塔一侧的预埋件焊接,V型翅片式换热器上方设置矩形吊装桁架。本发明通过提前预制操作平台,提高了换热器升级改造施工效率和安全。利用矩形桁架吊装保证了被吊换热器的稳定性,提高了安装质量和速度。施工工序前后衔接紧密,利于节约成本。
