The invention relates to a three-dimensional parking garage and a vehicle carrying plate transverse moving device thereof in the technical field of parking garages. The three-dimensional parking garage comprises a lifting vertical frame, a micro-advancing mechanism and a transverse moving mechanism. The two ends of the lifting vertical frame are provided with first rails used for sliding of the vehicle carrying plate, the inner sides close to the two first rails are each provided with a second rail in parallel, the two ends of the edge of one side of the lower plate face of the vehicle carrying plate are each provided with a clamping plate, and each clamping plate is provided with a U-shaped clamping groove with an opening back to the upper surface of the vehicle carrying plate. The micro-feeding mechanism comprises a micro-feeding driving motor, a transmission assembly and a heavy frame, the transverse moving mechanism comprises a transverse moving driving motor and hooking assemblies, each hooking assembly is of a crawler-type structure and comprises a pin shaft, the two hooking assemblies are connected to the two ends of the heavy frame respectively, and the transverse moving driving motor drives the two hooking assemblies to rotate synchronously. Through simple mechanism design, transverse moving operation of the vehicle carrying plate can be stably, safely and efficiently completed, and the problems that in the prior art, when transverse moving operation is completed by changing horizontal rotating force into horizontal linear dragging force, needed power of power equipment is high, transverse moving efficiency is low, and the occupied space of a swing mechanism is large are solved.
本发明涉及停车库技术领域内的一种立体停车库及其载车板横移装置,包括升降立架、微进机构以及横移机构;升降立架的两端设有用于载车板滑移的第一轨道,靠近两条第一轨道的内侧分别平行设有一条第二轨道,载车板下板面一侧临边的两端分别设有卡板,卡板设有开口背对载车板上表面的U型卡槽;微进机构包括微进驱动电机、传动组件以及承力架,横移机构包括横移驱动电机和钩挂组件,钩挂组件为履带式结构,钩挂组件包括销轴,两组钩挂组件分别连接于承力架两端,横移驱动电机驱动两组钩挂组件同步转动。本申请通过简单的机构设计即可稳定、安全、高效地完成载车板的横移作业,解决了现有技术采用变水平方向旋转力为水平方向直线拖动力完成横移作业时存在的动力设备所需功率高、横移效率低以及回转机构占用空间大等问题。
