The invention discloses a shutter control method and system based on indoor lighting partitions, and relates to the field of shutter control. The control method comprises the following steps: acquiring a solar azimuth angle, a solar altitude angle and solar radiation intensity at the current moment; judging whether a shutter is started or not; if yes, a shutter is opened, the solar incident angle at the current moment is calculated to serve as a first solar incident angle, and the solar incident angle after the preset time period is calculated to serve as a second solar incident angle; further obtaining a target angle of a first section of shutter, a target angle of a second section of shutter and a target angle of a third section of shutter which meet a solar incident angle constraint condition and a sunlight equivalent transmittance optimization target; and according to the target angle of the first section of the shutter, the target angle of the second section of the shutter and the target angle of the third section of the shutter, the first section of the shutter, the second section of the shutter and the third section of the shutter are controlled. According to the invention, the shutter control effect is improved.
