The device can assist in taking down a 15-meter ladder frame in about 25 seconds, and a ladder which is about 200 jin and is 6 meters long can be put flat to the ground through a pneumatic action main power overturning and telescopic linkage device by one person; the operation is simple, and full-automatic control over stretching and overturning can be achieved only by pressing an upper button or a lower button of the pneumatic overturning device.
