The invention relates to the technical field of road lighting equipment, in particular to a high-heat-dissipation type LED street lamp which comprises a base. The lamp post is fixedly mounted on the base; the lampshade is fixedly installed at the end, away from the base, of the lamp post. The LED lamp is fixedly mounted on the lampshade; the heat dissipation assembly is installed on the lampshade, and the heat dissipation assembly is used for dissipating heat of the LED lamp; and the driving assembly is installed on the lampshade and connected with the heat dissipation assembly, and the driving assembly is used for driving the heat dissipation assembly to work. The LED lamp has the effects that heat dissipation is provided for the LED lamp, and the service life of the LED lamp is prolonged.
