The preheater device further comprises a feeding pipeline, the feeding pipeline is connected to the connecting pipeline of the Nth heat exchanger, and in every two adjacent cyclone barrels, the discharging port of the upper cyclone barrel is connected to the connecting pipeline at the air inlet of the lower cyclone barrel. The preheater device can reduce the temperature of an outlet of waste gas exhausted by a preheating system, and efficient heat exchange is achieved.
