By arranging the protection mechanism, when the traffic light is collided by a vehicle, due to the fact that the height of the protection mechanism is flush with the height, making contact with the traffic light when the vehicle collides with the traffic light, the vehicle directly collides with the protection mechanism and does not make direct contact with the control column; the control column serving as a main control part of the traffic light is protected, meanwhile, the protection mechanism buffers impact force, the impact force borne by the control column is buffered and reduced, and the control column is protected; through the arrangement of the moving mechanism, the pulleys can be used as supporting points during moving, the traffic light can be moved to a use place on a road in a convenient and labor-saving manner, and then the pulleys are retracted into the base.
