The invention relates to the technical field of rainwater collecting devices, and provides an urban rainwater collecting and processing device which comprises a filter screen, a gravity driving mechanism, a linkage mechanism, two cleaning assemblies and a medicine injection mechanism, and the filter screen is arranged between a supporting frame and a collecting frame and used for filtering rainwater gathered into a water storage cavity of the collecting frame from the supporting frame. The two cleaning assemblies are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the filter screen correspondingly, and in the transmission process of the filter screen, the inner wall and the outer wall of the filter screen can be cleaned through the cleaning assemblies. The gravity driving mechanism can be rotationally arranged on the inner side of the supporting frame, rainwater collected by the rainwater collecting hopper and falling can drive the gravity driving mechanism, and therefore the transmission assembly can be driven through the linkage mechanism, the filter screen is made to move, and the two cleaning assemblies are driven by the linkage assembly to conduct synchronous transmission. In the transmission process of the gravity driving mechanism, intermittent medicine adding can be conducted on the interior of the water storage cavity of the collecting frame through the medicine injection mechanism.
