The invention provides a high-performance epoxy resin grouting material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, the epoxy resin grouting material comprises a component A, a component B and a component C which are mixed according to a mass ratio of 100: (30-40): (650-980) during use; the component A comprises 100 parts of epoxy resin, 20-35 parts of a reactive diluent, 1-2 parts of a wetting dispersant and 0.3-1 part of a defoaming agent; the component B comprises 100 parts of a modified amine curing agent, 12-30 parts of amino modified POSS (Polyhedral Oligomeric Silsesquioxane) and 5-15 parts of a curing accelerator; and the component C comprises 100 parts of cement and black gold sand with different mesh numbers. The high-density, low-oil-absorption and high-strength black gold sand aggregate is introduced, so that the prepared epoxy grouting material has the advantages of high fluidity, good pouring performance, good comprehensive strength and high compressive elastic modulus, and the performance of the epoxy grouting material is far superior to that of a traditional epoxy grouting material. And the introduced high-density black gold sand aggregate improves the slurry density, improves the slurry bubble escape efficiency, reduces the bubble content of the system, and improves the comprehensive compactness, so that the mechanical strength and the comprehensive performance are improved.
本发明提供了一种高性能环氧树脂灌浆料及其制备方法和应用,环氧树脂灌浆材料包括A、B、C三组分,使用时以质量比100:(30~40):(650~980)混合;A组分包括环氧树脂100份、活性稀释剂20~35份、润湿分散剂1~2份、消泡剂0.3~1份;B组分包括改性胺固化剂100份、氨基改性POSS12~30份、固化促进剂5~15份;C组分包括水泥100份、以及不同目数的黑金砂。本发明引入高密度、低吸油、高强度黑金砂骨料,制备的环氧灌浆料具有大流动度,可灌注性能好,材料综合强度好,压缩弹性模量高,性能远优于传统环氧灌浆料。且引入的高密度黑金砂骨料提升浆体密度,提高浆体逸泡效率,降低体系气泡含量,提升综合密实度,从而力学强度及综合性能得到提升。
