The invention provides a gas extraction drilling hole sealing material with CO reaching the standard and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of coal mining. The concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of cement, 3-10 parts of an accelerator, 5-15 parts of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 1-2.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-4 parts of methyl cellulose, 1.5-6 parts of sodium percarbonate, 3-5 parts of modified montmorillonite, 1-3 parts of porous alumina particles and 1-3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing sodium percarbonate and porous alumina to obtain a first mixture; mixing polyvinyl alcohol and water, heating and stirring, adding the modified montmorillonite, stirring for 1-2 hours, standing for 20-24 hours, drying and grinding to obtain a second mixture; and uniformly mixing the first mixture, the second mixture and other raw materials. The hole sealing material does not generate CO, and has the advantages of being high in fluidity, large in expansion rate, uniform in distribution, high in compressive strength and good in compactness.
本发明提出了一种CO达标的瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料及其制备方法,涉及煤矿开采领域。按重量份数计包括以下原料:水泥90‑100份,速凝剂3‑10份,元明粉5‑15份,减水剂1‑2.5份,甲基纤维素1‑4份,过碳酸钠1.5‑6份,改性蒙脱土3‑5份,多孔氧化铝颗粒1‑3份,聚乙烯醇1‑3份。制备方法为:将过碳酸钠和多孔氧化铝混合均匀,得到第一混合物;将聚乙烯醇与水混合,加热搅拌,再加入所述改性蒙脱土,搅拌1‑2h后,静置20‑24h,干燥、研磨,得到第二混合物;将所述第一混合物、第二混合物与其余原料混合均匀即可。该封孔材料不产生CO,具有流动性强、膨胀率大且分布均匀、抗压强度高、致密性好的优点。
