Preparation process of super-retarded cement stabilized macadam
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses a preparation process of super-retarded cement stabilized macadam, which comprises the following steps: selection and surface treatment of raw materials: selecting super-retarded cement, graded macadam, fly ash or mineral powder, a retarder and water, and carrying out nanoscale surface treatment on the macadam to improve the binding power of the macadam and cement paste, so as to obtain the super-retarded cement stabilized macadam; the ratio of the raw materials is as follows: the super-retarding cement accounts for 4%-6% of the total weight of the mixed material, and 0.1%-0.3% of a retarder is doped; the particle size range of the graded broken stone is 5-31.5 mm, and the graded broken stone accounts for 55-65% of the total weight of the mixed material; and the fly ash or mineral powder accounts for 8-12% of the total weight of the mixed material. By adopting the super-retarding cement, three-dimensional dynamic stirring and vacuum degassing processes, the problem of unstable structure caused by non-uniform stirring and bubble residue in the construction process of the traditional cement stabilized macadam material is effectively solved. The three-dimensional dynamic stirring device can be used for mixing in multiple directions, so that materials such as cement, macadam and fly ash are more uniformly distributed.
