The concrete composition and the concrete coating contain bacteria having a carbon dioxide absorption mechanism to improve the durability of the concrete structure and absorb carbon dioxide in the air regardless of light and dark conditions. The method is used in the sprayed concrete construction method. A concrete composition contains a cementitious inorganic binder and an aggregate mixture. The cement-based inorganic adhesive comprises at least one of 1-type ordinary Portland cement, blast furnace slag and fly ash. The aggregate mixture includes a normal aggregate, and a porous material impregnated with basophilic bacteria having a carbon dioxide absorption mechanism and forming glycocalyx. A concrete coating includes a cementitious inorganic binder, an aggregate mixture, and a fibrous material. The fibrous material may include at least one of polyethylene and nylon.
