Artificially synthesized pyrophyllite and synthesis process thereof
The synthetic pyrophyllite comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-40 parts of silicon dioxide, 50-60 parts of aluminum oxide, 5-6 parts of a collecting agent and 13-18 parts of a regulator, the regulator comprises 1-4 parts of wollastonite powder, 2-5 parts of hematite and 6-8 parts of water glass, and the collecting agent comprises mixed amine and linoleic acid. The pyrophyllite is formed by directly adopting the silicon dioxide and the aluminum oxide at high temperature and high pressure, pyrophyllite with different requirements can be produced according to requirements while the purity of the pyrophyllite is guaranteed, the collecting agent and the conditioning agent are added into the pyrophyllite, and the collecting agent and the conditioning agent are added into the pyrophyllite. According to the preparation method, pyrophyllite can be effectively promoted to be generated in the reaction process, the yield is increased, the cost is reduced, in the preparation process, a roasting mode of low temperature and then high temperature is adopted, the roasting temperature is effectively controlled, and meanwhile the synthesis stability of the pyrophyllite block is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种人工合成叶蜡石及其合成工艺,包括质量份比如下的成份:二氧化硅20~40份、三氧化二铝50~60份、捕收剂5~6份、调节剂13~18份,所述调节剂包括硅灰石粉1~4份、赤铁矿2~5份、水玻璃6~8份,所述捕收剂包括混合胺与亚麻油酸,混合胺和亚麻油酸的重量比例为3:1,本发明的叶蜡石通过直接采用二氧化硅和三氧化二铝在高温高压下成成,保证叶蜡石纯度的同时可根据需求生产不同需求的叶蜡石,并在其中加入捕收剂和调节剂,可有效的在反应过程中促进叶蜡石的生成,提高产量,降低成本,在制备过程中,采用低温后再高温的焙烧方式,有效控制焙烧温度的同时,有效的提高叶蜡石块的合成稳定性。
