The invention discloses a preparation method of a light firewood-fired ceramic product with obvious fire marks, which comprises the following steps: (1) removing impurities from original soil, crushing, screening and cleaning, adding water, sealing, and aging to obtain slurry; (2) adding wood dust coated with plant ash and metal oxide into the slurry, uniformly stirring, and dehydrating to obtain pug; the metal oxide comprises zinc oxide and lanthanum oxide; (3) molding the pug to obtain a green body; and (4) carrying out firewood firing on the green body to obtain the light firewood-fired ceramic product with obvious fire marks. By optimizing the pug formula and the firing process, the weight of the firewood-fired ceramic can be reduced, meanwhile, obvious and uniform fire mark textures and ash glaze can be formed on the finished product ceramic, and the quality of the final product is ensured.
