The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing an evanescent mold, and preparing a hollow gas groove ceramic casting sheet with the same shape as the evanescent mold according to the shape of the evanescent mold; then putting the lost foam into a hollow part of a gas groove ceramic cast sheet, arranging laminated ceramic cast sheets on two sides, and punching to obtain a green body; and then the green body is sequentially subjected to warm isostatic pressing treatment, rubber discharging treatment, degreasing treatment and sintering treatment, and the integrated ceramic mechanical arm is obtained. According to the casting lamination preparation method of the ceramic mechanical arm, the problems that an existing integrated sintering ceramic mechanical arm is poor in air tightness and a traditional mechanical arm is complex in preparation process and high in glue requirement are solved.
