The invention provides a refractory material containing bauxite and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of fireproof materials. The refractory material containing bauxite is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-66 parts of bauxite, 8-10 parts of basalt fiber, 3-5 parts of silicon carbide, 10-14 parts of silicon dioxide micro powder, 6-10 parts of a modified phenolic resin binder, 22-26 parts of ethanol and 16-20 parts of water. The particle size of the bauxite is 240 to 300 meshes; the particle size of the silicon carbide is 50-100 meshes; the particle size of the silicon dioxide micro powder is 1000 to 1200 meshes; the diameter of the basalt fiber is 10-15 [mu] m, and the length of the basalt fiber is 0.5-1 mm. According to the refractory material containing bauxite, by optimizing the components and the performance of the refractory material, the fire resistance and the heat stability of a casting can be remarkably improved.
本发明提供一种含铝矾土的耐火材料及其制备方法，涉及防火材料技术领域。本发明含铝矾土的耐火材料由下列重量份的原料制备而成：铝矾土60‑66份，玄武岩纤维8‑10份，碳化硅3‑5份，二氧化硅微粉10‑14份，改性酚醛树脂粘结剂6‑10份，乙醇22‑26份，水16‑20份；所述铝矾土粒径为240‑300目；所述碳化硅的粒径为50‑100目；所述二氧化硅微粉的粒径为1000‑1200目；所述玄武岩纤维的直径为10‑15μm，长度为0.5‑1mm。本发明含铝矾土的耐火材料，通过优化其成分与性能，能够显著提升铸件的耐火性和热稳定性。
