Iron-deficient Co2Z ferrite as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic ceramics, and particularly relates to an iron-deficient Co2Z ferrite as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The iron-deficient Co2Z type ferrite comprises a ferrite base material and a sintering aid, wherein the ferrite base material is composed of 2.9 BaO * xReO * 2CoO * 10.6 Fe2O3; reO is a dopant, and Re is a cation of which the ion radius is close to but not equal to that of Ba < 2 + >; the sintering aid comprises an aid for promoting sintering and an aid for limiting grain growth in the sintering process; and x is in a range of 0.08 to 0.1. According to the invention, by utilizing hydroxyl-containing functional groups existing on the surface of the base phase powder subjected to water quenching of the salt solution and good film-forming property of the composite sol, uniform coating of base material particles is realized, so that optimization of magnetic performance of the material is realized, and electrical loss of the material under high frequency is reduced. The obtained iron-deficient Co2Z type ferrite has low loss and high cut-off frequency under ultrahigh frequency at a relatively low sintering temperature.
本发明属于电子陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种缺铁Co2Z型铁氧体及其制备方法和应用。所述缺铁Co2Z型铁氧体包括铁氧体基料和烧结助剂,所述铁氧体基料组成为2.9BaO·xReO·2CoO·10.6Fe2O3;ReO为掺杂剂,其中Re为离子半径与Ba2+接近但不相等的阳离子;烧结助剂包括促进烧结的助剂及限制烧结过程中晶粒长大的助剂;x为0.08‑0.1。本发明利用盐溶液水淬后的基相粉料表面存在的含羟基官能团以及复合溶胶良好的成膜性,实现对基料颗粒的均匀包覆,从而实现材料磁性能的优化,降低材料在高频下的电损耗。得到的缺铁Co2Z型铁氧体在较低的烧结温度下具有超高频下的低损耗和高的截止频率。
