The invention discloses magnesium aluminate spinel smelted by utilizing electric furnace fly ash and a preparation method of the magnesium aluminate spinel. Raw materials comprise industrial alumina powder, magnesium oxide powder, fly ash and an additional binding agent; according to the method, few raw materials are used, the technological process is relatively simple, the electric furnace fly ash serves as an ingredient to be formed and prefabricated into a green brick, the green brick is crushed and added into an electric arc furnace, stability of MgO and Al2O3 raw material components in the green brick is guaranteed, the defects that dust pollution is caused and SO2 and nitric oxide exceed the standard due to the fact that the fly ash is directly added into the electric arc furnace are overcome, and pollution to the environment is reduced; and the magnesium aluminate spinel raw material with more excellent performance can be produced, the electric furnace fly ash is consumed and recycled in batches, and the green development of the electric furnace smelting process is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种利用电炉除尘灰冶炼的镁铝尖晶石及其制备方法,原始料包含工业氧化铝粉、氧化镁粉、除尘灰,外加结合剂;其所用原料较少,工艺流程相对简单,将电炉除尘灰作为配料成型预制成砖坯,砖坯破碎化加入到电弧炉中,保证了砖坯中MgO和Al2O3原料成份的稳定,避免了将除尘灰直接加入电弧炉中造成的粉尘污染、SO2、氮氧化物超标等弊端,减少对环境的污染,且可生产出性能更加优良的镁铝尖晶石原料,批量消耗重复利用电炉除尘灰,有利于电炉冶炼工艺绿色化发展。
