The invention discloses a cable-stayed swivel bridge steel reinforced concrete cable bent tower profile steel hoisting construction method. A profile steel positioning frame of a support, a profile steel sling, a connecting plate for temporarily fixing profile steel and a high-strength bolt for the connecting plate are arranged according to a cable bent tower profile steel plane; the cable bent tower profile steel is hoisted and constructed in batches according to the construction sequence requirement; according to the section arrangement diagram of the cable bent tower and the plane installation position diagram of the cable bent tower profile steel, a profile steel positioning frame is manufactured, dotting and marking are conducted on the positioning frame according to the plane position arrangement diagram of the profile steel, and the cut short section angle steel is welded to the positioning frame according to the made point positions; the profile steel lifting appliance is manufactured according to the plane spacing of the same row of profile steel of the cable bent tower, and the profile steel lifting appliance can lift two profile steel at a time; according to a cable bent tower profile steel plane arrangement diagram, firstly, four pieces of profile steel corresponding to the four corner positions of a cable bent tower are hoisted, the perpendicularity of each piece of profile steel is accurately adjusted with the help of instruments and equipment, and welding is conducted; horizontally lifting the profile steel positioning frame to the position of a cable bent tower, and tightly and firmly connecting the profile steel positioning frame with the installed four pieces of profile steel at the corners; adopting a profile steel lifting appliance to lift the sling tower profile steel to a to-be-mounted position in batches to finish positioning and temporary fixing of the profile steel; welding operators weld the section steel one by one. The defects of a conventional hoisting construction method are overcome, and the hoisting construction method which is efficient, high in quality and low in risk is provided.
