The invention discloses a wellhead temporary protection device capable of preventing falling danger, which comprises a cover plate base arranged in a wellhead, a wellhead cover plate, a fan-shaped protection wing plate, an opening and closing end protection assembly, a linkage power receiving assembly and a telescopic support rod, wherein one end of the wellhead cover plate is hinged with one side in the cover plate base, and the other end of the wellhead cover plate is lapped with the other side in the cover plate base to form an opening and closing end; and an electromagnet, an alarm and a power supply. The problems that a temporary protective cover plate of a well mouth does not cover in place, constructors are prone to missing steps and fall off, and when the constructors go out of or go into the well, materials stacked beside the well are prone to falling off and injure the constructors are solved.
