The invention relates to a knocking vibration conversion mechanism, a knocking response module and a steaming and baking all-in-one machine, the knocking vibration conversion mechanism comprises a spring, a time-delay vibrator and a vibration attenuation assembly, the spring and the vibration attenuation assembly are respectively installed on the time-delay vibrator, and the spring is used for being in transmission connection with a door body to transmit knocking vibration of the door body to the time-delay vibrator; and the vibration attenuation assembly is used for transmitting the low-frequency vibration from the time-delay vibrator to the pressure sensor, and absorbing the low-frequency vibration energy of the time-delay vibrator while transmitting the low-frequency vibration so as to attenuate the low-frequency vibration. In this way, an existing pressure sensor can break through the limitation of the amplitude response threshold value, so that multiple knocks of a user are accurately recognized, and the use experience of the user is improved.
