The invention relates to a door body structure and cooking equipment, the door body structure comprises a door body and a handle, the door body is provided with a water adding cavity, a heat dissipation cavity and a water adding pipeline, the bottom of the water adding cavity is communicated with the heat dissipation cavity, one end of the water adding pipeline is communicated with the bottom of the water adding cavity and the bottom of the heat dissipation cavity, and when the door body structure is in a closed state, the water adding cavity is closed. The other end of the water adding pipeline communicates with the water tank; the handle is arranged on the outer surface of the door body and provided with a water adding opening communicated with the water adding cavity. Water is added into the water adding cavity through the water adding opening in the handle, part of the water in the water adding cavity directly flows into the water tank through the water adding pipeline, the other part of the water firstly flows into the heat dissipation cavity, so that the temperature in the heat dissipation cavity and the temperature on the outer surface of the door body are reduced, and a user is prevented from being scalded when touching the door body; therefore, water can be added into the water tank through the handle and the door body under the condition that the water tank is not taken out, operation is easy and convenient, and the water adding experience of a user is improved.
本发明涉及一种门体结构及烹饪设备，门体结构包括门体及把手，门体设有加水腔、散热腔及加水管路，加水腔的底部与散热腔连通，加水管路的一端与加水腔的底部及散热腔的底部连通，门体结构在盖合状态下，加水管路的另一端与水箱连通；把手设置于门体的外表面，并设有与加水腔连通的加水口。通过把手上的加水口向加水腔加水，加水腔内的部分水通过加水管路直接流向水箱内，其余部分水先流向散热腔内，以降低散热腔内及门体外表面的温度，避免用于触摸门体时被烫伤，散热腔内的水再通过加水管路流向水箱内，从而能够在不取出水箱的情况下，通过把手及门体向水箱内加水，操作简单方便，提升用户加水体验。
