According to the method, the video and data before the bridge is collided are utilized, and collision and false alarm are effectively discriminated by means of trajectory tracking, video recognition, aiming analysis and the like, so that the alarm accuracy is improved. Impact force generated by impact is calculated by analyzing and detecting ship tonnage, ship speed and impact position; and calculating the influence condition of the bridge in the collision through the design information of the bridge.
